Hokusai Fujiyama

In the early 1830s, Katsushika Hokusai revolutionised the world of Japanaese woodblock printmaking with a series of full-size colour landscape prints on one theme: Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji. Bestsellers in their own time, these prints became famous around the world just a few decades later, and had a strong influence on European art in the late 19th century.

HEATHER BROWN

Heather Brown is one of the most popular artists on Hawaii's surf art scene. Her unique style, characterised by a strong touch and distinctive use of colour, is gaining popularity outside of the surf world. Choose from T-shirts, tote bags, and aloha shirts.

ROY LICHTENSTEIN

Roy Lichtenstein was a forerunner and main figure in the pop art movement of the 1960s. He established his vivid style by using simple black outlines, bright primary colors found in ads and comics, and halftone dots used in newsprint. He is remembered fondly for depicting not only characters from comics, but also creating new works in his own style in dialogue with great historic artists like Picasso, Matisse, and Monet, among others.

Ultraman

This UT Collection celebrates the 55th anniversary of the birth of the Tokusatsu (“Special Effects”) TV series, ULTRAMAN! To celebrate the 55th anniversary of the show's inception birth and the 25th anniversary of the especially popular "ULTRAMAN TIGA", this collection celebrates a wide range of successive Ultraman and Ultra Kaiju since the Showa era.

Haruki Murakami

Introducing a collaboration between author Haruki Murakami and UT. These unique T-shirt designs feature motifs from his novels and radio programme.
Haruki Murakami is a Japanese author with fans all over the world. He is known primarily for his novels, including "Norwegian Wood" and "1Q84". This UT collection showcases the world of his masterpiece novels and his love for music as expressed on "Murakami Radio".

UTGP2020 + MOMA

UT GRAND PRIX (UTGP) is a design competition that uses the T-shirt as a creative medium and invites everyone to freely express creativity. For the 15th UTGP, UNIQLO worked with MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York City and invited prominent artists, with work in MoMA's collection, to be contest judges: Lawrence Weiner, Paula Scher, and Sarah Morris. Participants designed T-shirts based on the theme "DRAW YOUR WORLD".

ANDY WARHOL X KAWAMURA

The iconic artwork of the pre-eminent American visual artist of the 20th century, Andy Warhol (1928 - 1987) redesigned by Japanese artist Kosuke Kawamura, who is greatly influenced by the Pop art master. The creation of this unique collection was made possible because of UT.

KEITH HARING X TOKYO

Legendary American artist Keith Haring traveled to Japan several times from 1983 to 1988. During his travels, he initiated several projects included solo exhibitions, public art projects and Pop Shop Tokyo. Haring also produced a number of unique works that combine his own style with Japanese culture and influences. This UT collection showcases the artist's memorable artworks created in Japan.
