UT

HEATHER BROWN

Heather Brown is one of the most popular artists on Hawaii's surf art scene. Her unique style, characterised by a strong touch and distinctive use of colour, is gaining popularity outside of the surf world. Choose from T-shirts, tote bags, and aloha shirts.

ROY LICHTENSTEIN

Roy Lichtenstein was a forerunner and main figure in the pop art movement of the 1960s. He established his vivid style by using simple black outlines, bright primary colors found in ads and comics, and halftone dots used in newsprint. He is remembered fondly for depicting not only characters from comics, but also creating new works in his own style in dialogue with great historic artists like Picasso, Matisse, and Monet, among others.

HOKUSAI COLOURS

Hokusai's designs for woodblock prints create spectacular visual effects with just a few well-chosen colours. Colour variations in different editions of the same design may have been chosen by Hokusai himself; or by the printer who applied the colour to the blocks for printing; or by the publisher who supervised the whole process and sold the finished prints. Printmaking was truly a collaborative art.

UTGP2020 + MOMA

UT GRAND PRIX (UTGP) is a design competition that uses the T-shirt as a creative medium and invites everyone to freely express creativity. For the 15th UTGP, UNIQLO worked with MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York City and invited prominent artists, with work in MoMA's collection, to be contest judges: Lawrence Weiner, Paula Scher, and Sarah Morris. Participants designed T-shirts based on the theme "DRAW YOUR WORLD".

JASON POLAN

Jason was an exceptionally talented artist and a genuinely kind person. He had the rare gift of making the most everyday things beautiful and interesting. It was an extension of the way he lived his life. This collection honours some of Jason's favourite iconic drawings as well as shares new art from his Every Person In New York book. Share in Jason's incredible legacy with the Jason Polan UT Collection.

The Jason Polan UT Cushion will be available from March 29th.

ANDY WARHOL X KAWAMURA

The iconic artwork of the pre-eminent American visual artist of the 20th century, Andy Warhol (1928 - 1987) redesigned by Japanese artist Kosuke Kawamura, who is greatly influenced by the Pop art master. The creation of this unique collection was made possible because of UT.

LOUVRE X UNIQLO
