Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

With effect from 1st November 2020, UNIQLO Singapore will update the Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy.

Please read through this Policy in detail before you make any purchase, return, exchange or request for refund for your purchases online and/or in physical stores.

*Previous Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy is still valid for purchases made between 3rd October to 31st October 2020.

- We accept exchange or return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
- Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
- Product(s) can be exchanged or returned within 6 months from the date of purchase if there is manufacturing defect found.
- Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product(s) purchased by using shopping mall voucher is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the shopping mall voucher.
- UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
- UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

1. Online purchase returns & refunds policy is applicable to both Home Delivery orders and Click & Collect orders.
2. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. *Do allow 7 to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be reached and processed by our warehouse.
3. Product(s) can be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law.
4. Original invoice, original return form and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return & refund.
5. Product(s) can be returned ONLY to our warehouse via parcel return.
6. Innerwear and packaged items cannot be returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
7. Return & refund of online purchases to physical stores will NOT be accepted.
8. Product(s) purchased from other than Uniqlo Singapore official website (https://www.uniqlo.com/sg/) is NOT eligible for return & refund.
9. Any form of coupons, discount code or promotional code used on the returned product(s) will NOT be returned or refunded.
10. Refund will be issued via your original mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
11. $6 delivery fee paid for the online purchase will NOT be refunded.
12. After our warehouse has received and processed your returned purchase(s), the refund will be processed and completed around 7 to 14 working days depending on the processes at your card company.
13. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
14. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE FOR A REFUND

Items purchased online can be returned to our warehouse for a refund.
1. Fill out the return form (included at the bottom of your invoice) and insert it into your return package.
2. Deliver your return package to the following address through any of your preferred courier company via “Parcel Return” (with tracking system) at your own cost. Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by UNIQLO Singapore. Please obtain a delivery receipt from your courier company or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse. UNIQLO Singapore will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by your courier company. 3. Depending on your choice of courier company, your return package will be reached at our warehouse around 7 to 10 working days.
4. After our warehouse has received and processed your returned purchase(s), the refund will be processed and completed around 7 to 14 working days depending on the processes at your card company.
5. We do not offer any standalone pick-up services or charges for return purposes.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

1. Online purchase exchange policy is applicable to both Home Delivery orders and Click & Collect orders.
2. Product(s) can be exchanged in any of our UNIQLO Singapore physical store.
3. Product(s) in new & original condition can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE IN STORE

Items purchased online can be exchanged at any physical store in Singapore.

1. Visit any UNIQLO Singapore physical store that you prefer.
2. Bring along the original invoice of your online purchase, and the product(s) in new & original condition.
3. Queue at our cashier counter for your turn to be served by our friendly store staff to process your exchange.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASES

1. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Product(s) can be returned & exchanged within 6 months from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law.
3. Original receipt and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return, refund & exchange in store.
4. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can be exchanged at any UNIQLO Singapore physical store.
5. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can ONLY be returned & refunded in the original store you purchased the product(s).
6. Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is NOT eligible for return, refund & exchange.
7. Product(s) sold at sale prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
8. Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
9. Any form of UNIQLO coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will NOT be returned or refunded.
10. Product(s) purchased by using shopping mall voucher is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions printed on the shopping mall voucher.
11. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
