RETURN AND EXCHANGE


In consideration of the extension of the Circuit Breaker period related to COVID-19 announced on 21st April 2020, we will provide special treatment to our valued customers during such circuit breaker period as follows:

Exchange and Return Period:

For In-store Purchase: :

All purchases made between 7 March to 25 June can be exchanged or returned by 31 August 2020, regardless of the existing Return and Exchange Policy.


For Online Purchase: :


Online purchases made from 7 March to 25 June -

  • (i) You may exchange or return the products at any Singapore UNIQLO store when we are able to operate again, until 31 August 2020 or;

  • (ii) You may return the products through POPStation anytime from now until 31 August 2020.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

- We accept exchange or return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
- Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
- Product(s) can be exchanged or returned within 6 months from the date of purchase if there is manufacturing defect found.
- Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product(s) purchased by using shopping mall voucher is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the shopping mall voucher.
- UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
- UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

Items purchased online can be returned to the warehouse for a refund or at any Singapore UNIQLO store for an exchange or a refund.

Option 1: Refund via the website
1.Contact our Customer Center to register a return - at 1800-864756-8 or click here.
2. Receive and print out the shipping label (sent by our Customer Center via email).
3. Fill out the return form (included at the bottom of your invoice) and insert it into your return package.
4. Stick the shipping label on your return package.
5. Drop off at any Post Office or POPSTATION nearby. For more information on POPSTATION returns, please refer to the guide here.
Note: Please allow 14 days from our receipt of your return package for refund to be made.

Option 2: Exchange or refund in store
Please bring the original item(s) and your invoice (which is inside your parcel) to any Singapore UNIQLO store and approach the cashier staff to process your exchange/refund.

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Items purchased in a store can only be exchanged or returned at any Singapore UNIQLO store. It cannot be sent back to the warehouse for a refund. Please bring the original item(s) and original receipt to any Singapore UNIQLO store and approach the cashier staff to process your exchange or return.
