WHAT IS CLICK AND COLLECT?

Click and Collect is a new and convenient way for you to collect your online orders. Shop online anytime you wish, and collect your purchases at a store of your choice. The best part is, the service is completely free, with no minimum spend required.

HOW MUCH DOES THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE COST?

Click and Collect is free for all orders with no minimum spend required.

HOW DO I PLACE A CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?

Simply select the “Click and Collect” option during checkout under “Shipping Address”. Select your preferred store via the drop-down menu and proceed to check out.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
2. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage.
3. Once your order has arrived in the store of your choice, you will receive an SMS and e-mail notification for collection.

HOW LONG DOES THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE TAKE?

For orders placed before 3:30pm, we strive to deliver your order to the selected store by 6pm on the next working day (Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:30pm will only be delivered on the following working day.
While we strive to meet this timing - unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that it will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carrier. Under these circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation, as this is a non-guaranteed service.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Please proceed to the cashier counter, or approach any member of our staff for assistance. Do bring along the Shipment Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Please collect your orders within 14 days of receiving the SMS and e-mail notification for collection.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

The order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund processed. A refund will take up to 14 calendar days to process.



Note: You may ask someone to collect the order on your behalf. He/She will need to present a copy of the Shipment Confirmation email for the collection.

THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE IS AVAILABLE IN WHICH STORES?

The Click and Collect service is available in all stores, except for stores in Changi Airport.
