UNIQLO Access in Singapore creates awareness, educates and empowers different segments of the community including our employees and customers to better enable and support the PWD community.

At UNIQLO, we extend an inclusive in-store experience to all our customers, including persons with disabilities and special needs, and their caregivers. Customers requiring assistance may pre-book a 60-minute session with us at our AMK store, and our store will provide accommodated assistance for the best shopping environment.

We work closely with APSN Delta Senior School to set up a retail training space to help students learn and acquire retail skills more effectively.

Students with special needs learn and acquire important retail skills such as managing stocks. maintaining cleanliness, as well as customer service through Learning Journeys.

Students with special needs apply what they learn in school into a real working space, allowing them to gain confidence as they interact with colleagues and customers.

UNIQLO works closely with community partners to match aspirations and capabilities to suitable employment opportunities for individuals with special needs.

UNIQLO works closely with SPD, our local disability expert to conduct training sessions for our employees so that they can bring better support to customers with special needs.
