UT magazine 2026 SPRING SUMMER Issue 13

Through interviews with UT’s diverse and distinctive collaborators, we explore the creative possibilities and playful spirit that can be expressed on a single T-shirt—and the joy of wearing it. In a special feature marking the 100th anniversary of Shueisha, we sat down with the editors-in-chief of two iconic Japanese manga magazines, Weekly Shonen Jump and Weekly Young Jump. From legendary titles to the latest hits, they revealed the passion and energy that fuel each work.
We also present a comprehensive look at the collection, which boasts an overwhelming variety of designs. We also feature the late photographer Martin Parr, who sadly passed away at the end of last year. In one of his final interviews, he shares behind-the-scenes stories from his shoot at the Louvre—captured with the unique blend of humor and satire that defined his perspective.
Another story takes us to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, home to one of the world’s finest ukiyo-e collections. There, we encountered dedicated researchers whose relentless curiosity drives them to study and restore Edo-period masterpieces, preserving the beauty of ukiyo-e culture for the future.
And don’t miss the fashion story shot by American photographer Chad Moore. Set against the vibrant energy of New York’s creative scene, it showcases creators wearing the latest UT collection—pieces that just might inspire your own sense of style.
