Repair
Carefully repair damaged areas so your favourite clothes can be worn and loved for a long time. Our clothes repair services give new life to your old clothing.

Sashiko
Traditionally, Japanese sashiko involved embroidering clothes with geometric patterns to repair or fortify them or to provide better protection against the cold. We seek to customise your LifeWear by incorporating this approach and providing additional design features and functionality, so you can enjoy wearing your clothes for longer. If you have any UNIQLO clothes that you no longer wear because they have holes in them or they have some frayed areas, please bring them to your local RE.UNIQLO STUDIO for repair.
Sashiko is only available at UNIQLO Kungsträdgården.
Oxford shirts, denim jackets, jeans, and other UNIQLO products, except those from designer collaborations can be embroidered with sashiko, depending on the material and location on the garment. Please consult our RE.UNIQLO STUDIO staff for more details.
How to get your clothes repaired
Bring your UNIQLO items
Bring in the item you want to repair or remake, or purchase a product in-store.
Choose your service
Decide on the type of repair or remake, the thread colour, design, and other details.
Collect your finished product
The number of days required may vary depending on the service and store capacity.
Terms and conditions.
When ordering our repair and remake services, you confirm you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
・Depending on the type of material, the nature of the damaged area, and the condition of the clothes,
the repair might not turn out exactly as you imagined. In such cases, we do not offer a refund.
・If we do not have the same colour thread, we will match the thread to the fabric as closely as possible.
Collecting finished items
※We will inform you of the date of delivery at the time of acceptance.
※The finished product may be delivered the next day or later.
※Sashiko may take from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the contents of the order and condition of the garment.
Please pick up your repaired and remade items within 6 months of the pickup date conveyed at the time of ordering the repair service.
If you are unable to pick up the item by the due date, it will be recycled under our RE.UNIQLO programme.
You will need to bring your customer receipt with you when collecting your order.
Returns, exchanges and compensation
We do not accept returns or exchanges of repaired or remade items.
If there is any problem with the repaired area after you have collected your garment, we will repair the damaged area again free of charge if it is within the 30 day collection period and you still have your receipt.
If the damaged area worsens or the item is soiled or spoiled due to circumstances at the repair site and we are unable to restore it to its original condition, we will compensate you by exchanging the item for something of equivalent value sold in the store.
