[PREORDERS]
- This item is a pre-order item. Please only purchase after understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- Pre-orders are limited and subject to availability. First-come, first served.
- Customers who live in the US or whose designated shipping address is the US area, please visit US site.
- Please ensure all delivery addresses are correct or your package may not be delivered.

[PRODUCT]
- Delivery dates and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Product sizes may be different than your local size. Please make sure you reference our size chart to ensure you’re ordering the right size.

[PAYMENT]
- Credit card only. Only VISA/Mastercard/JCB/AMEX/Diners Club accepted.
- Order details will be sent via email after you’ve placed your pre-order. You can check your order details from the URL given in an email.
- Items will be delivered to your designated address only. They cannot be picked up at UNIQLO stores. You cannot pick up the item at Uniqlo stores or convenient stores etc.
- For overseas delivery, a handling charge of 1080JPY will be applied in addition to purchase price.
- For overseas purchases outside of Japan, you may be subject to customs duties, local taxes and any other fees in addition to the product price and handling charge.
- Such taxes and fees may vary in each country/region. Please refer to your local custom offices at your country/region for more details. Such taxes and fees will be borne by the customer in addition to the product price and handling charge.

[CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES + RETURNS]
- Pre-orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Delivery address cannot be altered after the pre-order is placed.
- Since this is a special product, we will not accept any return or replacement. Returns can be available only for defective items.
- Credit card payment will be final and processed at the time of shipment. If your credit card payment is not successful, your order will be cancelled.
- Delivery to countries and regions other than the countries and regions specified in the available delivery countries/regions cannot be accepted. In this case, orders will be cancelled.

[GENERAL INFORMATION]
- Even if you are a member of Uniqlo Online Store, you must enter the specified information when applying for pre-order items. You need to register your order, ordering person’s information (name/address/telephone number/mail address), and payment information (credit card number/card holder’s name/security code/expiry) on the dedicated website. Moreover, purchase history of pre-order items cannot be viewed in the regular Uniqlo Online Store member’s purchase history.
- Please ensure your registered email is correct.
- Order details cannot be confirmed in the online store order history list. Please confirm the order completion email sent to the e-mail address you registered on the pre-order page.
- If domain designation is being used for receiving email, please be sure to set the domain “@uniqlo.com” in advance so that you can receive the pre-order completion email.
