
This in-store service lets you shop all items available in our online store and have them ordered to you, even if they are not available in store.
USE THIS SERVICE WHEN YOU’RE SHOPPING IN STORE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

- 1. When you can’t find the product you want in store
- 2. When the product you want isn’t available in your size in store
- 3. When you want a product in a size only available online (large and small sizes)
- 4. When you want an online-exclusive product
- 5. When you want a product from one of our special collections
- 6. When you want a product that’s only available in selected stores

If you can’t find what you want in store, a member of our store team will look for it. You may approach the nearest staff member.

SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WANT
Our store team will quickly search for the product you want using the in-store device.

PAYMENT
When you find what you’re looking for, you have the option to pay in the store, or you may also pay online.

GET YOUR PRODUCT
If you select “Click & Collect” as your mode of delivery, you can pick up your products in store you have selected, free of charge. If you have the UNIQLO App, you can also select home delivery.
Note: Delivery charges may apply, depending on the purchase amount.
Note: Does not apply to all products.
Note: We will help you purchase products from the UNIQLO online store, using the in-store device or your own device.
Note: This is not the same as the conventional way of ordering in stock from another store.
FAQ
You can pay by cash, credit card, debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and E-wallet payments.
- Note: Some payment methods may not be accepted at all stores.
- Note: You must pay in store within two hours of placing the order. If payment is not confirmed, your order will be cancelled.
- Note: You cannot pay at the UNIQLO store when collecting your order.
- Note: The product price applied will be the price displayed in the UNIQLO online store when the order is completed. If the product price is different when the product is delivered, the new price will not be applied.
- Note: If you want to pay using your own device, you can use the payment methods listed here.
- Note: QR Code is registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED in Japan and in other countries.

- 2 to 4 days after ordering
- Note: An official estimated delivery date will be displayed after you confirm your delivery method.
- Note: Delivery may take longer at busy periods or during stocktaking at our warehouses.
- Note: Delivery may take 1 to 8 days longer than the estimated times above depending on the delivery location, alterations, product stock situation and order completion time. Click here for details.
- COLLECTION FROM A SPECIFIED ADDRESS
- Seven days from the day the product arrives at the store
- Note: If you are not in, please contact the number on the card.
- Note: If the product is not collected within this time, your order will be cancelled without contacting you.
- Note: If the product is not collected within the deadline and is returned to our warehouse, you may be charged for costs associated with your order (payment handling fees, delivery charges, etc.)
- COLLECTION FROM A UNIQLO STORE
- 14 days after the product arrives at the store
- Note: For details, please see the “Product Arrival Notification Email” and “Purchase History > Order Details” page.
- Note: If the product is not collected within this time, your order will be cancelled without contacting you.
- Note: If the product is not collected within the deadline and is returned to our warehouse, you may be charged for costs associated with your order (payment handling fees, delivery charges, etc.)
