To celebrate the Year of the Horse, UNIQLO collaborated with artist Chang Shana to create a special collection. Inspired by her signature motifs - horses, floral elements, and circular plate patterns - the designs combine classical elegance with modern simplicity, thoughtfully translated into everyday apparel. It celebrates the beauty of life itself - not through grand gestures or dramatic statements, but through a quiet devotion to movement, vitality, and a lifelong love.

Young Artist Collaboration
For the Year of the Horse, UNIQLO partners with Dunhuang culture artist Chang Shana and invites five emerging artists - Chen Mu, FELIX_Shaozi, Didi, Zheng Kexu, and Yu Qianwen - to create the UTme! Year of the Horse limited collection, Love in Motion.
Inspired by Chang Shana’s lifelong dedication to the preservation and reinvention of Dunhuang art, the collection draws on key visual elements such as the spiritual symbolism of horses, floral motifs, and algal structures. Guided by the theme “driven by love,” the artists explore diverse creative approaches - from narrative illustration and symbolic imagery to abstract ink wash.
Together, their works capture fleeting moments of everyday connection while revealing a quiet, timeless poetry that unfolds across the long journey of life.
