Access Bulk Order Online Form

Items are only for pick up at the store indicated in the signed formal quotation. Bulk Order team will schedule your pick up date and time.

Send us the screenshot of the before and after submitting the form via FRPH-BulkOrder@uniqlo.com.ph to ensure that your order pushed through in our system.

Formal Quotation Issuance

Once stocks are reviewed by our Inventory team, we will send the quotation via email (Wednesday of the week).

Customer shall sign the Quotation to confirm the stocks. Cut off for Signed Quotation:Thursday, 12NN

Payment Transfer

After sending the signed quotation, deposit the payment within 7 business days in FRPH’s bank account.

IF with BIR 2307, provide the document along with the proof of payment before transacting in our store’s POS.

2307 shall be dated during the month of the POS transaction, not the payment request date.

Delivery and Pickup

Items are only for pick up at the store indicated in the signed formal quotation.

UNIQLO PHILIPPINES RETURNS POLICY

After confirming the items through a signed formal quotation, a Manual Sales Invoice will be issued on your pickup date. Please claim the invoice during your visit to the store.

Please note that we do not release invoices in advance. However, a Pro Forma Invoice may be provided upon request for your Accounting team's reference and payment processing.

Once a customer confirms the allocation of a bulk order to their preferred UNIQLO store, the order is considered final and must be purchased. Order cancellations, modifications, or changes are not permitted once Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. (FRPH) receives the customer's confirmation or acceptance.

All bulk order items, quantities, and sizes must be finalized before order confirmation. Returns or exchanges are not allowed for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. Exceptions will only be made for items with verified manufacturing defects.

Sale, Markdown, and Limited Offer prices are not applicable to bulk orders. Bulk orders are based on the regular retail price of items available through our warehouse inventory.

Please note that markdown items and store-exclusive promotions cannot be applied to bulk order transactions.

Products purchased through bulk order are not eligible for Return and Exchange.

Products must be new and in their original condition and with the attached labels and price tags to be eligible under this Return Policy. However, if products are found to be defective and/or there is a manufacturing fault this will still be eligible for refund/ exchange as an exemption to the Uniqlo Returns Policy.

The following items cannot be exchanged/refunded for hygienic purposes: Socks, inner wear, camisole, baby products, AIRism accessories (e.g. mask, sheet and pillowcase, etc.) and any packaged items or accessories (e.g. books, toys, plates, etc.) except if it is damaged, defective or faulty item. Some accessories such as bags, belts, scarves, stoles, sunglasses, hats, shoes (except room shoes) and other accessories that are not packaged may be returned or exchanged. Any signs of use, stains, and scratches on the product shall be grounds to refuse the return or exchange of the product.

Products that have been sent to alteration and/or have been customized using UTme! / Embroidery service cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers and/or delete or freeze customer accounts at any time due to:

► An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags;

► Purchases made for resale purposes;

► Creation of multiple account IDs by one user;

► Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

► Membership application may not be approved if the applicant's previous membership was canceled.
