BULK ORDER POLICY

Items can be in paid in FULL through either CHECK or BANK TRANSFER.
- CHECK: items will be released after the 3 business day’s standard clearing period. This policy applies to all types of check payment (applies same even with Manager’s check)
- BANK TRANSFER: items will be released after the 2-3 business days.
If customer will purchase the items with 1% Withholding Tax (CWT), customer needs to submit the following:
- Proof of Designation as Withholding Agent: Top 20,000/15,000/10,000/5,000 Corporate Taxpayer Notification coming from BIR or Printed Screen shot of BIR published list of Top Withholding Agents.
- Signed BIR Form 2307 (for 1% and/or 5% withholding tax)
- Photocopy of the company’s representative/ authorized party’s company ID
- Board of Director's Resolution / Secretary certificate authorizing the CWT signatory
Items will be delivered at your indicated delivery address or chosen store for pick up
Once a customer has agreed to deliver/allocate the bulk order to his/her preferred address, the customer must purchase the bulk order. Cancellation and changes of orders is not allowed once FRPH receives confirmation or acceptance by the Seller. Bulk order quantities and sizes needs to be finalized before order confirmation. No returns/exchanges are allowed (e.g. change of mind, etc.) except if return or exchange is due to manufacturing defect.
Accumulation of rewards cards such as SMAC and BDO rewards cards as well as usage of UNIQLO APP for garnering points or purchasing in conjunction with any in-store promotion is STRICTLY prohibited.
Bulk order discounts are not applicable on Limited Offer, Sale Items and Collaboration items.
