Inconsistency in size!!
I bought two medium size cardigans, one v neck in blue, the other crewneck in green, and the v neck seems to be a whole size smaller! The crew neck fits perfect but the v neck's sleeves were strangely tight. Very disappointed :(

Sizes have changed from last year
Lovely product but... The sizes have changed. What was L last year is M this year. Online can only be returned online, thought I collected them in store. This should be made much more obvious - at point of collection, in big writing on the confirmation email and in the package.
