Need to size down
I usually wear XS on UniQlo. Ordered XS for this sweater because that's the smallest size available. Might fit the best if there were an XXS.
The quality is good for the price, though not as soft as I expected.

Style/size/quality change from last year
Bought a black small last year and fitted perfectly. After reading reviews I decided to buy XS this year, which fitted OK, it doesn't fit under the arms as good (baggier) and the sleeves are a bit short. The ribbing is not as good quality (looser). Keeping the cardigan but will not buy another.

Happy with the quality.
I am happy with Uniqlo's quality in the cashmere range. Only 4 haters as I think the choice of colours is very restricted.
