RETURN POLICY


You can, within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the UNIQLO online store (www.uniqlo.com/my), return any product(s) that you are not completely happy with.
Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
Original product is required.
UNIQLO Malaysia reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.

OPTION 1:Return via Drop-Off (CollectCo) – Online Purchase Only

The easiest way to return your item(s) purchased online is by dropping it off at any of the 300 CollectCo points around Malaysia. View the locations here.
To return item(s) via CollectCo, kindly ensure the packed parcel is below 15kg and the box/parcel dimension does not exceed 40cm x 40cm x 40cm.

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Go to https://send.collectco.my/parcel/return/126 to register your return.
  3. Select your current state (Selangor, etc).
  4. Enter your information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, UNIQLO Order Number. Click Submit.
  5. Print and stick the CollectCo label on your parcel.
  6. Please remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.
  7. Drop off the parcel at any CollectCo location. View the locations here.

Starting from 1 February 2018, you can also drop-off your return parcel at any of the UNIQLO stores in Malaysia.
Please follow the similar instructions above and bring your packed and labeled return parcel to the nearest UNIQLO store.

Do note that this Return method will send your parcel back to our eCommerce warehouse and we will process for your refund within 10 to 14 business days.
Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.
Please be informed that our customer care center will contact you further for additional information. Refund might take longer than 14 business days if there is a delayed in reply.

Alternatively, to speed up the return process, you can also exchange your item(s) at our physical stores. Please refer to Return at UNIQLO Stores – Online and In-Store Purchases (Exchange).




OPTION 2:Return via Post (GDEX) – Online Purchase Only

For your convenience, we can also pick up your item(s) purchased online via our courier partner, GDEX.

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Contact our customer care center at 1800-38-8674 or click here to lodge a return.
  3. We will arrange the date and time for our courier partner to pick up the parcel. Be at your specified location on the allocated date and time for courier collection.
  4. Please remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.
  5. Hand over the parcel to our courier partner.

Customer care center operation hours:
Monday to Sunday (including Public Hoildays) - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Expect delay in replies for enquiries made during non-operating days.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed after we received the item(s). Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.
Please be informed that our customer care center will contact you further for additional information. Refund might take longer than 14 business days if there is a delayed in reply.


OPTION 3:Return at UNIQLO Stores – Online and In-Store Purchases (Exchange)

For In-Store Purchase:

a. You may exchange your item(s) at a physical store, depending on item availability. No refund is allowed.

b. If the price of exchanged item is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

c. Kindly bring along your official tax invoice during your visit for a faster and smoother exchange process.

For Online Purchase:

a. Exchange:

i. After filling out your return form, you may exchange your item(s) at a physical store, depending on item availability.

ii. If the price of exchanged item is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

iii. Kindly bring along your official tax invoice during your visit for a faster and smoother exchange process

b. Return & Refund:

You may also drop your item(s) at the store along with your return form. Refund will be processed via original mode of payment.

Please follow the steps below for your returns (For Online Purchase Only):

  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Go to https://send.collectco.my/parcel/return/126 to register your return.
  3. Select your current state (Selangor, etc)
  4. Enter your information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, UNIQLO Order Number. Click Submit
  5. Print and stick the CollectCo label on your parcel
  6. Please pack and submit your Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice) together with the return item(s).
  7. Go to any of our store locations (click here for store locations).
  8. Hand over the parcel to our store staff.
  9. If the returned item(s) met the requirements of our Return Policy, your refund will be processed.
  • Do note that this Return method will send your parcel back to our eCommerce warehouse and we will process for your refund within 10 to 14 business days.
  • Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.
  • Please be informed that our customer care center will contact you further for additional information. Refund might take longer than 14 business days if there is a delayed in reply.

  • IMPORTANT:

    For items purchased online, it is compulsory to attach and submit the Return Form in any of the above return methods.

    UNIQLO Malaysia reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.
