With contribution from our customers, second-hand clothes are donated to people in need, such as refugees and the underprivileged, extending the life and value of clothing.
COLLECT
Customers can bring clean UNIQLO products they no longer want to any UNIQLO store during operating hours throughout the year. Place it in the Recycling Box in the store or approach any of our staff to donate.
SORT
UNIQLO staff volunteers will sort the clothing to ensure that clothing for distribution to others are in good condition. Mothers from the community surrounding the warehouse are also employed for sorting, as part of our warehouse partner, PKT Logistics "Anak Belajar, Ibu Berkerja" CSR initiative.
DISTRIBUTE
The wearable clothing will be distributed to the underprivileged to spread the joy of clothing to those who need it. Clothing deemed unwearable will not be wasted and will be processed into PEF, an alternative fuel.
