A convenient shopping experience with free shipping. Orders can be picked up in as little as 2 hours.

※ Orders are received by the store 30 minutes after placement (Cancellation is possible within 30 minutes after order placed).
※ ORDER & PICK is limited to selected stores and is available for pickup during business hours only.

FAQs

After you have received an email that your order is ready for pick up, please show your UNIQLO App Membership Barcode or your order number at the collection counter for parcel collection.

Our team will be preparing your order as soon as possible during the store opening hours. We aim to have your order ready in as little as 2 hours, however during peak times it may take a little longer so please wait to receive your email that your order is ready for pick up.

We ask that you please double check that Order & Pick has been selected, as Click and Collect is a different service. This ensures that the item comes from the store's inventory.

You have 14 days to collect your order from the store once you receive the "Your order is ready to collect" email.

We cannot make any changes to orders once they are confirmed. If you cannot pick up your order, we can extend your collection time or process a refund upon request when it is ready to collect. Please contact our Customer Care team below via chat or email for further assistance.

If you receive an email that your ORDER & PICK order has been cancelled, it may be due to one or more items being out of stock at the store. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and payment will be automatically revert back in your account within 7-14 business days.

No, Order & Pick service is not eligible for any novelty as this service allows customer to skip the queue and collect item after 2 hours.
