UNIQLO Malaysia Future Leaders Internship Program is a structured internship Program designed to provide students with practical exposure to UNIQLO Malaysia's business and operations.
Throughout the Program, interns will gain hands-on experience through meaningful work assignments, business projects, and day-to-day collaboration with colleagues across the organisation. This allows interns to develop practical workplace skills while gaining a better understanding of how different areas of the business work together to support growth and success.
As part of the Program, interns will also participate in store immersion to gain first-hand exposure to store operations, customer service, and the UNIQLO business from a frontline perspective.
Academic Requirements
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have completed at least one year of study at the point of application.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent.
Leadership & Personal Attributes
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, or active involvement in extracurricular activities, student organizations, volunteering, entrepreneurship, competitions, or part-time work.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to take on new challenges.
- Have an interest in retail, consumer business, and leadership development.
- Must be willing to participate in store immersion as part of the internship program to gain practical exposure to store operations and customer experience.
Availability
- Available to commence internship between end October/early November 2026 and January 2027.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 12 weeks.
- Able to work at First Avenue office in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
Internship opportunities are available across selected business areas, where interns can gain practical exposure, support team projects, and better understand how UNIQLO Malaysia operates.
