UNIQLO's charity T-shirt project “PEACE FOR ALL.” To date, 48 collaborators have participated, selling 8.26 million T-shirts designed with wishes for peace, donating over ¥2.47 billion. As part of this project, we held collaborative events in 10 cities worldwide with “Club for the Future,” an educational support nonprofit organization established by space development company Blue Origin, which has newly joined as a collaborator.
Last September 26, 2025, PEACE FOR ALL launched four new T-shirt designs created with new collaborators. Among these, two designs created in collaboration with Club for the Future involved three astronauts, including astronaut Dr.Sian Proctor, in the design development. They convey the message that from space, Earth has no borders, humanity is interconnected, and we share the responsibility to protect this planet.
Collaborative events with Club for the Future in cities around the world featured astronauts, including astronaut Sian Proctor, inviting participants to think about peace from a perspective when looking at earth from space. On September 25, UNIQLO hosted a collaboration event with the educational nonprofit organization Club for the Future, founded by space exploration company Blue Origin, at its global flagship store UNIQLO TOKYO in Ginza. The event celebrated the launch of new charity T-shirts from the “PEACE FOR ALL” project, released the following day on September 26.
Appearing at the event were Sian Proctor, astronaut and Club for the Future ambassador who also contributed to the T-shirt design, and Koichi Wakata, the first Japanese commander of the International Space Station (ISS). They discussed how viewing Earth from space can inspire reflections.

The shift in perspective and psychological impact that occurs when viewing Earth from space is known as the “Overview Effect.” Both Koichi Wakata and Sian Proctor reflected on it as a profound experience. Wakata shared, “When I first saw our beautiful blue planet, I felt deeply grateful to be able to call this Earth my ‘home.’ Living on the International Space Station, it takes only 1.5 hours to orbit the Earth, which made me realize how small and irreplaceable our planet truly is. It strengthened my awareness of how precious our environment is and how important it is to protect it.”
Proctor spoke about the PEACE FOR ALL initiative, saying, “Each person’s ‘space’ has the power to positively impact not only themselves but also their friends, families, and communities. I encourage everyone to go out into the world, be inspired, inspire others, and shine. That’s what PEACE FOR ALL is all about.”

At the event, approximately 20 elementary and junior high school students from Malvern College Tokyo experienced Japan's first-ever VR (virtual reality) spaceflight, created by Blue Origin. The unique initiative “POSTCARDS TO SPACE” by Club for the Future involves writing messages you want to send to space on postcards, launching them into space aboard a rocket, returning them to Earth, and then sending them back with a “Space Traveled” stamp. The children who participated this time also wrote their thoughts and wishes for peace on postcards and dropped them into a special postbox at the venue.

About “PEACE FOR ALL”
PEACE FOR ALL is a charity T-shirt project in which renowned individuals who support the mission of “wishing for and taking action toward global peace” volunteer their participation by designing T-shirts that express their personal hopes for peace.
The project is led by Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., the company behind UNIQLO. 100% of the profits (equivalent to 20% of the retail price per shirt in Japan) are donated to three humanitarian organizations—UNHCR, Save the Children, and Plan International—which provide aid to people affected by poverty, discrimination, violence, and conflict. These donations are used to support activities that promote international peace.
