Our 3D hold bra has a unique structure that combines several components: a special polyurethane sheet that gradually expands, a power net that spans from below to the sides of the chest to prevent spilling out the sides, resin parts that increase support, a center gore that prevents stretching, cups wrapped in outer material with special attention to softness and stretchiness. The combination of these components provides a fit that feels like an order-made bra.

The creation of UNIQLO’s wireless bra begins with making a mold for the cup. A process of modeling, mold making, sample production, fitting, hold testing, and 3D analysis is repeated in pursuit of the ideal shape. The inner parts are each carefully positioned by hand in the cup formed from the final mold, and finished by crimping. The back parts, with improved silicone mesh print specifications, are treated with repeated applications of silicone and baked to ensure high elasticity and durability. This is a bra that fits snugly and doesn’t slip easily, as if it were made to order. Underlying its creation is a thorough scientific foundation and a time-consuming process.
