Material
100% ultra-long, “cashmere of cotton.”
Ultra-long cotton is noted for its fiber length of 35mm or longer. It’s known for a smooth touch on the skin and the sheen of the fibers. It is said to have a high scarcity value, as it can only be produced from just 5% of the cotton on earth. Because of its rarity, it’s called the “cashmere of cotton,” and is only used for select items.

A cotton characterized not only by its beautiful texture, but also its functionality. The long fibers make the yarn durable and less prone to break. It also features superior water absorption along with moisture absorption and desorption properties. Its lightweight nature and ease of handling make it useful too. It’s a popular material that is used mainly for our “cut and sewn” items such as T-shirts. The long fibers make it easy to dye and produce beautiful colors. We offer twenty three variations, including solids, plaids and stripes.

The use of a resin treatment reduces wrinkles after washing and maintains a soft, smooth texture. This is a treatment that stabilizes the shape by washing the resin together with the fabric before sewing, and heat-treating it at a high temperature. Because it’s a frequently worn item, we filled it with ideas that let you wear it for a long time with care. The wrinkle reduction effect lasts even after washing, so it continues to hold its shape with consistent wear. Also, the thread is specially treated to round the edge to give it a soft, smooth texture. It’s a processing method suitable for shirts, that swells the fibers from within and brings out new features that are beyond their original texture and physical properties.

Silhouette
The length, balance of the sleeves and silhouette are considered down to the millimeter.
“Regular fit” changes over time. The design of the shirt uses a pattern that incorporates the recent trend of looser silhouettes, while keeping the chest and arm areas more form fitting. The length and balance with the sleeves have been considered for casual wear. We offer both button-down and regular collars, and have changed the shape of the collar depending on the pattern of the fabric.

The button-down collared shirt features two rows of stitching from the armpit to the cuff for a casual look. An approach often used for items that need a tougher feel, like work shirts was used to achieve a rugged finish. On the other hand, the regular collared shirt has a semi-formal finish that can be worn in a wide variety of settings. The reduced stitch pitch and hidden stitching on the shoulder yoke give a sophisticated impression.
