BULK PURCHASE POLICY

Thank you for your interest in bulk purchase from UNIQLO Malaysia.
Kindly note the policy on bulk purchases below.

Bulk Purchase shall mean purchase of Goods, in a single transaction with a total purchase price above of RM5,000.00 (“Bulk Purchase”).
Bulk Purchase is entitled for 10% discount, except for Goods on promotion/limited offer, mark down/value buy/special collaborations and Reusable Tote Bag.
Bulk Purchase are for corporate purchase/use only. Bulk Purchase must not be for resale or for any trade events and/or reproduction.
Bulk Purchase shall mean a minimum quantity of 10 pieces per design. For example if you wish to purchase the Dry Pique Polo shirt, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces and you can mix and match with different colors and sizes.
All bulk purchase orders are subject to the inventory availability.
The Purchaser shall make payment in accordance to the Bulk Purchase Terms & Conditions, failing which the Company shall not be obliged to hold the required Goods for the Purchaser and shall be cancelled.
Payment methods for Bulk Purchase are as follows:
- Bank transfer (details will be provided in the quotation/pro-forma invoice); or.
- Credit Card.
Once the payment is confirmed and verified, the Company shall arrange for the delivery of the Goods, free of charge, to the address provided by the Purchaser in the order form. The Purchaser will receive the tracking number of the Goods via email. For avoidance of doubt, in cases where the Purchaser requests to deliver the Goods to multiple addresses, additional cost may be incurred and shall be borne by the Purchaser.
The Goods shall be delivered to the Purchaser’s address as per the time stipulated in the confirmation email. Estimated delivery:
- West Malaysia: 2 - 4 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 - 6 working day
The Company may issue an invoice and it shall be delivered to the Purchaser together with the Goods
Returns & exchange is subject to Bulk Purchase Terms & Conditions.
