Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and requested through our online returns portal. Returns are not accepted in stores, unless the item was paid for at the in-store till. Altered or customised items are not eligible for return. A returns fee of 2,95 € applies. Exchanges are only available in stores. We are continuously working to improve our verification of the production process in our supply chain both in-house and with third parties to have full understanding of the origins of raw materials, and the locations of the yarn spinning, fabric production, and garment sewing, knitting and assembly processes. This verification allows us to improve the quality of our clothing and also ensure safer manufacturing practices. We will continue to share information so customers can make informed choices about their clothing.
