Follow These Easy Steps

1) Shop Online

Shop online and add your items to the cart.

Select Delivery Method Image

2) Select Click & Collect

When checking out, change the delivery option to "Click & Collect" for FREE shipping. Search and select your store location.

Pick Up Notification Image

3) Order Ready Notification

When your order arrives at the store you selected, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick up. You have 14 calendar days to retrieve your package.

4) Pick Up

Head to your store to pick up your order. Present your order number and UNIQLO APP membership id.

End of Season Sale

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from us acknowledging your order. This e-mail will also contain the details of your order and your order number.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, which will contain the tracking number of your order. Please note that your order has only left the warehouse, and is not yet ready for collection at this stage. Once your order has arrived in the store, we will send you another Notification e-mail that your purchase has arrived and is now ready to be claimed.


To collect your order, please proceed at the cashier of your selected store, or simply ask any member of our staff. Present your Notification e-mail to collect your order.

A : Yes, once your order has arrived in the store, we will send you another Notification e-mail that your purchase has arrived and is now ready to be claimed. Please bring with you your Notification e-mail when you claim your item at your selected store.


You may also log in to your UNIQLO account to see the status of your order.

Please collect your purchase within 14-days once you receive your Notification e-mail that your purchase has already arrived in the store.

If you are unable to collect your order within 14-days, the order will be returned back to us and a refund process will be observed. Process will take another 14-working days upon receiving the item in the warehouse.


If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you may ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However, please note that they will need a copy of your Notification e-mail to proceed with the collection.

Please contact your selected store within the pick up period for an extension.

Unclaimed items will be automatically returned back to warehouse and a refund process will be observed. If you still want to receive the item, it must be purchased again. Please note that your reordered item is still subject to availability.
