UPDATE #01 Find Your Products Easier!

The button at the bottom center that functions to display clothing categories is not easy to notice.

Tap on the menu icon to see information like product categories, sale items, new arrivals, featured products, and special collections.
If you're looking for a product, please tap on the menu button at the top right（for mobile site).

Tap on “Settings” on the My Account screen to see the default video playback setting.

If you're looking for a product, please tap on the menu button at the bottom right（for app).

Tap on “Video automatic playback”

It will display the product categories.

UPDATE #02 Now Featuring Product Videos

Sometimes it's hard to picture how something will fit from just a photo; videos would help me decide faster.
You Asked. We Listened!
Selected UNIQLO products now feature videos to help you see how our clothes move and fit in real life. From the texture of fabric to the way a piece fits as you walk. These short clips bring LifeWear to life.

Make sure to set "Video Automatic Playback" to "Always Play" or "Play Only When Connected to Wi-Fi" in your UNIQLO app so the video can be displayed. Open menu "Membership", navigate to "Settings", then choose "Video Automatic Playback".

UPDATE #03 Back in Stock Notification

Desktop site, Mobile site, UNIQLO App
I hope in the future additional information can be provided on when a product will be restocked.

You can now know when a product is back in stock.

You can click the "Notify Me" button when certain sizes are out of stock.

Tap on “Settings” on the My Account screen to see the default video playback setting.

If you are not logged in when you click the 'Notify Me' button, a pop-up prompt will encourage you to log in.

Tap on “Video automatic playback”

After logging in, the pop-up prompt will display detailed back in stock information. This process will allow customers to receive a notification when the product becomes available

Fix the order status when updating the order journey

When you shop online at UNIQLO, you can now track your order right to your doorstep with real-time delivery updates in your app and website (PC & smartphone).

UPDATE #05 Order Tracking Push Notification

What's the point of having an online purchase app with Click & Collect if it doesn't have at least clear information notification?

You can now turn on app notification for any update regarding the status of your order.
You can now find videos of selected products while shopping.

Be sure to allow your app to receive app notification so you can receive update from your UNIQLO app.
