When can I start lining up for the grand opening? I want to make sure I am one of the first 200 customers in line!

You’re welcome to start lining up as early as 7AM. We’ll have activities and giveaways throughout the entire weekend, so even if you’re not one of the first 200 customers on Friday, you can come back on Saturday or Sunday.

Where will the line start? I want to make sure I head to the right location.

The line starts at the UNIQLO Oakbrook Center store entrance and UNIQLO staff will be on site to direct customers to the line entry. Customers can begin to line up at 7AM.

Can you tell me what will be in the giveaway bag? Or is it a surprise?

We’ve put together a fun selection of everyday UNIQLO essentials. We hope you’ll enjoy the items we’ve chosen!

What do you think the wait time is going to be to enter the store? I want to make sure I update my schedule accordingly!

The line will begin moving inside the store at 10AM (Sunday 11AM). Wait times will vary depending on how many people line up and when you join the queue. Try to arrive early if you want to enjoy all the festivities!

Will this store have an alteration service? Will the service be available during the grand opening?

Yes, this store will offer alteration services starting on the opening date, May 15.
