UNIQLO｜GIFT SERVICE

The UNIQLO online store offers a gift service (for a fee of Rs.250/-) for sending gifts to your loved ones.
1 gift service option includes (1 message card, 1 gift bag) for each order.
If you want individual gift bag, please place separate order for each product. (Shipping charges will be determined for each order accordingly)

About DELIVERY METHOD

Only one gift bag is available per order.
Multiple gift bag cannot be bundled.
If you want individual gift bag, please place separate order for each product. (Shipping fee will be determined for each order accordingly)
When packing/wrapping and delivering, the size of the gift bag cannot be selected by the customer.

*You cannot choose the size of the bag.

ABOUT GIFT BAG & MESSAGE CARD

Gift bag Rs.250/-

The receiver will get an invoice showing the amount being paid for gift service or discount applied.
We do not accept exchanges or refund of gift service/bag/materials used in the order.
Return of products (excluding gift service/bag/material) can only be initiated by the original orderer.
Some items can't be wrapped because of their unusual size, weight, or shape like big coats, jackets, etc.
These items will be delivered in different material if required.
Original Price tags with MRP will be intact incase products need to be return.

Gift selection procedure

1. Select you favourite UNIQLO product and add to the cart tap [Add to Cart], and then tap [View Cart].

2. After adding all desired products to the cart, check the items in the cart and tap "Gift Option".

3. Select the gift option

Some items can't be wrapped because of their unusual size, weight, or shape like big coats, jackets, etc.
These items will be delivered in different material if required.

4. Select a message card If you would like a message card, select "Uniqlo gift card", enter your message, and tap [APPLY] to confirm.

55 characters maximum per line (may use up to 8 lines).
Please note that lines exceeding the upper limit will not be printed on the message card.

5. Proceed to Checkout Confirm the gift option you have selected and tap [Proceed to Checkout].

If you want to change the contents of the gift option, you can change it from "Edit".

After setting the "Gift option", proceed to specify the delivery address of the recipient.

1. Proceed to checkout after confirming the gift option.

2. Select the delivery method.

3. Please select/add the delivery address of the recipient if the address is different from your registered address.

4. Confirm the delivery address and tap delivery method.

5. Select the payment method (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking) and tap [Confirm payment method].

Currently we are not accepting COD (Cash on Delivery) under the COVID Precautionary Measures.

6. Check the details of the procedure to confirm the order and tap [Order].
