UNIQLO Physical Gift Cards
The UNIQLO Physical Gift Card is a prepaid gift card that can be redeemed at any UNIQLO India store only.
You can purchase a UNIQLO Physical Gift Card at the staff checkout in any UNIQLO India retail store, for any value between
₹1000 / ₹2000 / ₹3000 / ₹5000. The validity period is 1 year (12 months, 365 days) from the date of issue.

Terms & conditions
• Gift card can be used at all UNIQLO stores only.
• Gift card cannot be used at UNIQLO Online Store/Website.
• Remaining value on gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and the gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• UNIQLO is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or improper use of the gift card.
• The purchase of UNIQLO Gift Card is not eligible for gift.

• Gift card can be used until the balance is depleted and cannot be topped up. After the card expires or customers use up the remaining balance, customers can keep the card.

Exchange and return
Products purchased via the gift card cannot be returned. They can be exchanged at any store within 30 days from the first day of the gift card purchase.
FAQ and Terms & Condition
A : The value of the gift card cannot be topped up. To use your gift card, please queue at the cashier counter and our staff will assist you in scanning it to complete the your purchase. If there's a balance due, you are required to pay the difference using another payment method (or another gift card).
A : We're sorry to hear this! As the Gift Card should be treated like cash, UNIQLO accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards.
A : You can use any available amount balance in your gift card for your next purchases in-store.
A : No, any balance left is the gift card is non-refundable.
