How to Order
For your team outfits, uniforms, gifts and so on is now available.
Step 1 : Registration & Application
For order request registration Click here and select "Yes" in "Printing Service Required"
Step 2 : Submit Design Data
After selecting "Yes" our customer service team will contact you to further ask for design submission and share a digital copy of the finished product.
Step 3: Sample Sharing
After approving the digital sample, our team will send you a physical sample of the product. Make bank transfer for the sample product.
Step 4: Quotation Issue and Acceptance
Once we receive confirmation from your end. Our customer service team will share a quotation including printing charges and bulk discount.
Step 5 : Confirmation of order & Bank transfer
If there is no change we will further ask you to proceed with the bank transfer to finalize your order.
Step 6 : Delivery
We require 7 to 10 days of proceeding with the order, which varies depending on order quantity, stock availability, printing size and shipping location.
Step 7 : Invoicing
We will share your GST invoice once your order is shipped.

FAQ and Terms & Condition
Printing Service is a new feature for bulk orders at UNIQLO online store. Customers can add their company logo, slogan, or design to selected UNIQLO products. The print cost is 100 INR, which we will deduct from the 10% discount on the bulk order. With a logo dimension of 5-inch width X 5 5-inch height and 10-inch width X 3-inch height
This service is available for bulk order customers only. To qualify:
• Minimum order: 50 pieces
• Minimum order value: ₹100,000
• Product value per piece: ₹1,190 or above
• Products must not be on sale (excluding 1190,1390, 1790, and 2290), Limited offer
i. Go to the Bulk Order page.
ii. Select “Printing Service” on the order form.
iii. Fill in the product, color, size, and quantity.
iv. Our Customer Service (CS) team will contact and request you to share the image file and place for the next steps.
• Your logo/design should be in:
• TIFF/PNG format (no background/no transparent)
• 200 DPI or above
• Within our dimension guidelines (under 5x5 inches and 10x3 inches)
• Specify the location of the logo on the product from front big, front small, back.
i. CS team checks if your order meets the conditions.
ii. Artwork is reviewed from a copyright perspective
iii. CS will share a quotation and delivery estimate.
iv. A digital sample will be sent to you for approval.
Note: artwork can be cancelled or rejected in case of any copyright issue
Yes, but you need to pay for the physical sample (on MRP) We will print your design and ship the sample. With no additional shipping fee. one time only, maximum 2 quantity only.
After design confirmation, you pay the complete order value in advance. Once payment is confirmed, we will start production.
Final approved products will be printed, packed, and shipped by our Warehouse. CS team will share the delivery details with you & the GST invoice will go along with your order
Currently, we offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints.
No exchange & return for bulk order purchases. Printing fee is non-refundable
• No, we only offer printing on the above-mentioned items. In case you want to enquire more about the product lineup, contact our Customer Service team for the same.
• Due to printing process, there may be a slight variation (1% or 2%) in logo placement and color payoff compared to the digital sample.
2. The Bulk Procurement process is for team outfit, uniform and gifting purposes etc. and does not support resale in any form.
3. Customer to ensure that all the information and documents provided for bulk order are correct and authentic to avoid order cancellation due to discrepancies.
4. Customers needing GST invoice may have to submit additional documents as requested by UNIQLO to process the bulk order.
5. A bulk order is defined as a single order of INR 1,00,000/- or more, with a minimum quantity of above 50 pieces, placed on UNIQLO’s online platform.
6. Customers must completely fill the bulk order placement form available on the UNIQLO INDIA official website.
7. Bulk order can be placed by any person residing in India for delivery within the territory of India.
8. Filling of bulk order form does not guarantee a confirmed order; UNIQLO’s team will contact you promptly to discuss further.
9. UNIQLO will notify the customer within a specified timeframe of 2 working days regarding order acceptance or rejection.
10. Upon receiving the order, UNIQLO will verify stock availability.
11. If the ordered stock is available for a bulk order, UNIQLO will confirm acceptance and provide an estimated delivery timeline.
12. UNIQLO shall share the estimate of order invoice value to the customer within a reasonable time. However, final invoice value will be shared before the dispatch of order and the customer must make the advance payment of the final invoice value within a specified timeframe as advised by UNIQLO in this regard.
13. A fixed discount of 10% will be offered on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) except on the already discounted products categorized under Sale and no extra discount shall be applicable over and above the already discounted price.
14. For products, categorized under limited time offer, a fixed discount of 10% shall be offered on the maximum retail price (“MRP”) regardless of whether any higher or lower rate of discount is provided under the limited time offer.Bulk order customers are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
15. The customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order once the payment has been made by the customer.
16. Gift wrapping service and alteration service is not available for bulk orders.
17. There will be no shipping fee for the delivery of products.
18. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring that any designs, materials, or content submitted for customization services do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNIQLO, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any alleged infringement or violation of intellectual property rights related to the designs or materials provided by the Customer for customization. The Customer agrees to promptly notify UNIQLO of any such claims and cooperate fully in the defense of any such action.
Further, UNIQLO, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any customization request if, in its opinion, the design or content is illegal, offensive, or otherwise violates any applicable laws or regulations, or if it infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
19. UNIQLO shall not be liable in any way for loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this contract by reason of any event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of UNIQLO. You expressly understand and agree that UNIQLO and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if UNIQLO India has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the site, sale and supply of goods content or any related services.
20. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at New Delhi.
