I had ordered it and size did not fit so i initiated return,the delivery guy did not pick up as there was some technical glitch in app due to which i could not put a picture of the product as there was no option. There was no customer care so i reached out the store in elante its been almost 2 week been following up with the store incharge vanshika and other people too but there is no update. Now they have stopped picking up my calls. Just wanted to let you know that yours is the worst customer care i have experienced. Till date i have no clue when will the order be picked up or my refund be done. My money is stuck and in a pregnant condition im supposed to be following up in the store every few days because the staff has no courtesy and has stopped picking up the calls too.
