UNIQLO is presenting a special exhibition entitled “The Art and Science of LifeWear: What Makes Life Better?” at the Pavillation Vendôme in Paris, France, from Tuesday, October 1, through Saturday, October 5.
This immersive event allows visitors to experience the LifeWear concept at the heart of UNIQLO’s approach to making clothing, presented through unique exhibits and interactive installations.

A press day and reception party were held on September 30, attended by media outlets from around the world. UNIQLO Global Brand Ambassador Roger Federer and newly appointed Creative Director Clare Waight Keller joined a special panel discussion to share what makes their own lives better, and also how this specific question will inspire the design of LifeWear well into the future.
About the interactive installations
The designs and unique technology of iconic UNIQLO LifeWear items are expressed through experimental, interactive installations, with content that can be enjoyed using all five senses.
NANODESIGN® Installation
Toray’s cutting-edge NANODESIGN® technology can be used to control the arrangement and form of different substances at the nano level to shape fibers, giving fabrics functions and textures never before possible. Innovations in this usually invisible microscopic world are expressed with large-scale installation.
HEATTECH
The event also has installations that present HEATTECH, exemplary UNIQLO items representative of LifeWear.
