Our 3D hold bra has a unique structure that combines several components: a special polyurethane sheet that gradually expands, a power net that spans from below to the sides of the chest to prevent spilling out the sides, resin parts that increase support, a center gore that prevents stretching, cups wrapped in outer material with special attention to softness and stretchiness. The combination of these components provides a fit that feels like an order-made bra.

The creation of UNIQLO’s wireless bra starts with crafting the perfect cup mold. This involves an iterative process of modeling, mold-making, sample production, fitting, hold testing, and 3D analysis to achieve the ideal shape. Once the final mold is perfected, each inner component is meticulously positioned by hand inside the cup and secured using precise crimping. The back sections, enhanced with advanced silicone mesh printing, undergo repeated silicone treatments and baking to ensure optimal elasticity and durability. The result is a bra that fits snugly and stays in place, almost as if tailor-made. Every detail is backed by a rigorous scientific approach and a painstakingly thorough process.
