Below is the estimated time for Click & Collect process:

Your Click and Collect order will be shipped from online warehouse in Jakarta if the order has below conditions:

1. Order for extra size (XS, XXL, 3XL), or
2. Order with Gift Wrapping Service / Gift Box, or
3. The product is not available at store / the stock is very limited at store when the order is placed
Therefore, the order needs to the packing and shipping process from warehouse to the store.

No, Click & Collect orders cannot be picked up right away after the payment.

If you haven’t received the email with a barcode and the order status is still “preparing” or “shipped”, that means your order is still processed and not yet ready to be picked up.

Please be willing to wait until you receive the email with a barcode or until the order status is updated to “Ready to Pick Up”.

Please go to the store's cashier and show the email with the barcode or order details on app with the status “Ready for pickup” to our store staff.

Notes: You can also ask a relative or an online driver to pick up the order by informing the person below document and ask them to show it to the store's staff.

Please collect your orders within 14 days upon receiving the e-mail notification that your order is ready for collection.

You can either extend the collection holding period or process it for a refund. Please contact our Customer Support for the confirmation.
