Click & Collect
Click & Collect is convenient way for you to collect your online orders. Shop online anytime and collect your orders at a UNIQLO stores of your choice.
How to Use Click & Collect
Step 1: Select "Click & Collect"
Select Click & Collect as Delivery Option
Step 2: Select your preferred store
Select your preferred store or use the "Use Current Location" (you may need to turn on your device's GPS) function to search for the nearest store to you.
Step 3: Select your preferred payment method
For Pay In Store: Secure your online order by proceeding to Pay in UNIQLO store within 2 hours.
Step 4: Check for Email Notification
Once your order arrives at the store, you'll receive an e-mail titled, "Pesanan Click & Collect Anda siap diambil.". Show the membership barcode or order number in the e-mail to the store staff to pick up your order.

How to Use Home Delivery
To ship order to your desired address, choose "Ship to address" in Delivery Option menu during checkout.
FAQ
You can check your order status through the confirmation email or by logging into your UNIQLO account. The tracking number will be sent after your order is shipped by the courier.
Delivery time and cost vary depending on the destination area. Detailed costs can be viewed at checkout after selecting your delivery address.
Currently, UNIQLO uses JNE courier for Home Delivery shipments.
Orders are usually ready within 2-4 hours (store stock) or 1-3 days (from warehouse). You will receive an email/SMS notification when your order is ready.
Come to the store with your confirmation email/order ID and identification (ID card). Show it to the cashier or store Customer Service.
Click & Collect orders must be picked up within 7 days after the "Ready for Pickup" status. You will receive a reminder before the deadline.
Order & Pick is a service where you order products online and pick them up directly at your chosen store from the available stock at that time.
Orders are usually ready within 1-2 hours after confirmation, depending on stock availability at the store. You will receive a notification when ready.
Order & Pick orders must be picked up within 3 days after the "Ready" status. You will receive a reminder before the deadline expires.
