How to Order
STEP 1 SUBMIT INQUIRY
Select items from our recommendations, then register and submit your order here.
After you have selected your intended items and submitted your inquiry, our team will check the available inventory for each requested item.
STEP 2 ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order will be verified within 1-2 working days after receiving the order form. We will send you an order confirmation via email.
*Note: If the stock is available in our warehouse, delivery will follow SLA to your delivery address. However, if stock is not available in our warehouse, it needs to be waited for stock recovery. For further information, we will contact with you.
STEP 3 ORDER PAYMENT
Payment order only via bank transfer. We need 1 (one) working day to confirm the proof of payment that has been made.
STEP 4 DELIVERY
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be delivered to your delivery address following SLA.
TAX INVOICE
We will provide this only if you need a tax invoice. Please send NPWP, SPPKP to bulkpurchase@uniqlo.co.id with the subject [Order_number, Tax Invoice requirements].

3. Bulk Purchase for UT and Special Collaboration are not allowed, due to limited stock.
4. Payment is only available via bank transfer. We require 1 (one) business day to confirm the payment.

7. We cannot send samples or make changes to orders that have already been placed.
