Choose delivery to a specific address or to a UNIQLO store.

● Standard delivery depends on estimated destination, or free if you spend Rp699.000 or more. Delivery to a UNIQLO store is free for all orders.

Exchange / Return
You can return your order up to 30 days after delivery. If you made your purchase in-store, you can visit any UNIQLO store within the same country your purchase was made to return your order.
● The customer is responsible for the cost of returns, unless the product is faulty.
● Exchanges can be made at any UNIQLO store.
● To exchange an online order, the unwanted product must be returned and a new order must be placed.
