SKATER COLLECTION
Skateboarding culture has become increasingly popular worldwide in recent years. Shinpei Ueno and Alex Olson, both skaters who started out on the streets, are now active in multiple fields, including fashion, design, and film. This collection features their artworks drawn exclusively for UT and a newly developed T-shirt silhouette.
Shinpei Ueno
As well as overseeing TIGHTBOOTH PRODUCTION, he also skates for Evisen Skateboards as a pro skater. He has released many skateboarding videos, and his most well-known work, “LENZ II,” was highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad. He works in a wide variety of fields, including direction for a skate shop and apparel brand, and production for numerous brands. “LENZ III,” which completes the TIGHTBOOTH skateboarding video trilogy, was released worldwide in November 2022.
