Also the Uniqlo short sleeved white ones he has had since before the nearest shop closed years ago are now looking a little off white (but are otherwise still in good condition).

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best warm undershirt I have found A week or so ago in the cold snap that gave us daytime temperatures of only 1 or 2 degrees I bought 2 of these. I work in a 400 year old shop with no heating so I wore these under a heavy cotton business shirt. I was warm throughout the day and because the HEATTECH shirt was so thin it didn’t show any lines under my shirt or “bunch up” the way ordinary cotton T shirts do. It was so cold at night (-5) that I slept in it. I wasn’t cold at all in bed and in the morning the shirt was damp because of the perspiration it had absorbed. However the bed was totally dry! This is a brilliant undershirt to keep you warm and dry if you do happen to sweat. It doesn’t spoil the line of your shirt and if you have the V neck like me, no one will even know you’re wearing it under an open necked shirt. I will be adding a couple more in the near future - highly recommended.
