The shirt you wear every day should be special. Our pure cotton Oxford fabric uses ultra-long cotton fibres to create a beautiful sheen and smooth texture. We then apply a super non-iron finish that makes the shirt hard to wrinkle after washing and helps to retain a smart look.
Processed part by part.
Maintaining a smart finish.
We use special wrinkle-resistant processing to prevent wrinkles from forming in your shirt. We use seam tape,along with high-temperature, high-pressure pressing on a mould. The process is completed with a treatment called baking. The entire shirt is coated with resin to maintain its shape.
Delicate temperature control.
From the manufacturing of the fabric to the sewing of garments, we conduct production under strict control. Temperature control requires particular attention. If not done properly, it can lead to yellowing. We perform wrinkle-resistant processing with delicate control.
When comfort is everything, nothing less than 100% cotton will do.
Even if the product is highly functional, you won’t wear it every day if it’s uncomfortable. That’s why we use pure cotton for our Super Non-Iron shirts. We use long, fine count two-ply yarn to keep a smooth and elegant texture; making this shirt perfect for business or formal occasions.

Collar
The collar makes the shirt.
In menswear, details matter: the shape of a collar, the width of the cuffs, and the presence or absence of a placket are all vital. We updated the design of our Super Non-Iron shirt this season to cater to a wide range of needs. We offer three styles, each with their own distinct collar and other details. We made sure the width and amount of stitching was suitable for formal occasions, as well as having buttons and buttonholes that were sewn for easy opening and closing.
Creating a crisp look.
Men’s shirts have different collar shapes for different uses. Our regular, button-down, and semi-wide collars used to all have the same body, but this season we changed the shape and form of the placket to match the collar. We also changed the neckband to have a firm interlining for a crisp look when worn with a tie. The tip of the wing collar has been made slightly longer to create a striking S-curve.
Which cuff?
Round or square?
Just like the collar, the shape of the cuffs matters. Rounded corners or a square cut that hugs the wrist can give a more formal impression. We also designed the armholes to allow for a good range of motion, depending on the angle of the curve.
Front and back.
Different patterns make the difference in comfort.
There is a secret to our shirt patterns. It’s the difference in the width of the front and back panels. The front panel was designed to have a sleek look when worn inside a jacket, while the back was designed with ample space for ease of movement.
