Ordering

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, so cannot make any changes. If you change your mind after you have placed your order, you may return any goods to us for a full refund. We will refund the price paid for the good, to the original card used, on receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 14 calendar days for your refund to be processed.


What happens if my personal details are incorrect on my order?

If you realise your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team by visiting our Contact us page (All e-mails will be conducted in English). We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue; however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.


Can I order from www.uniqlo.com and collect from a store?

Unfortunately this service is currently only available in Belgium at this time.


What happens if an item on my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered is unavailable when we come to process your order, you will receive an automated email confirming that the out of stock item will not be delivered with the rest of your order. You will not be charged for this item.


How do I know if you have received my order?

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. This contains your order number for reference. This information will also be available on your UNIQLO account.

Please note this only acknowledges that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been successful. When your goods have been processed, the payment will be taken and you will be sent a shipment confirmation email, which will include the order tracking information.


What items can I order for delivery?

Unfortunately, due to import restrictions on certain products there may be some items which we are unable to ship to your destination. Should this be the case you will be notified at the ‘shopping bag’ page and asked to remove this item so you can continue with the rest of your order. UNIQLO cannot offer any assistance with this process. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Can I place an order and ship it overseas?

You can ship to an international address, but please ensure your billing and shipping address are within one of our deliverable countries. For a list of countries we currently ship to, please visit our 'Delivery' section of the FAQs. Should you wish to place an order for delivery in the UK, France or Germany , please visit their respective websites.


What is Guest check out?

The Guest check out option allows you to proceed to checkout and place your order without creating an account on our website.
Please note that you will not be able to access your order history or use selected discount codes, as these are only available to UNIQLO account holders. To register an account please click here.
