How much do I pay for postage and packing (P&P) for my order?

How much you pay for P&P depends on the delivery location you choose. Each location has a separate price (please refer to questions regarding method of deliveries below for further details). Please note, there is only one delivery charge per order no matter how many items the order contains.

What methods of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?

We currently offer Standard and Express delivery for our deliverable countries within the EU. Deliveries will be made within 2 - 5 working days, depending on the country of destination. E.g. If you order on Thursday before 11am, the earliest your goods will be delivered is the following Monday. Please note this is only an indication as the delivery times will vary between countries. See the table below for details.

Unfortunately we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or National Holidays. In these instances please expect your delivery on the following working day. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has left our warehouse, so you can locate your order.

We endeavour to deliver your products within the timescales set out above. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carriers. Under these circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation, as delivery is a non-guaranteed service.

Do you offer a Nominated day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this delivery option for our deliverable countries within the EU. We are however reviewing this and do hope to implement this in the future.

Do you offer a Click & Collect service?

The Click & Collect service is available in Belgium. To find more information and conditions about this service please click here . Any changes or updates to our delivery services will be communicated on our homepage, FAQs or via our newsletters.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to a number of countries in mainland Europe. Please see the table above for more information (excluding Faroe Islands, Greenland, Mellila, Malta, Ceuta, Canary Islands, San Marino, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Andorra and the Vatican). We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address, PO Box or a Packstation.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

If you or the intended recipient is out when our carrier attempts to deliver, a calling card will be posted through your door (where possible) to let you know either when the next delivery attempt will be made or where your parcel has been left. Our carrier may deliver your parcel to a secure location or to a neighbour. If your parcel is to be collected, this will then be available at a local post office or collection point for up 14 calendar days. After this time if your parcel is not collected, it will be returned back to us for a refund. This can take up to a further 15 working days.

Customs and Duty Charges

Products shipped outside the EU may be subject to charges imposed by local legislation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties needed for the export of their goods. Any additional taxes, fees, levies, or other charges necessary to clear package through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes; we can only recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
