If you wish to cancel your contract and return a part or all of your purchase, within 14 calendar days starting from reception day, you need to inform us and send us the items within 14 days since this notification.
We will refund you the amount of the returned items, including delivery fees shall you return the whole order (that does not include any additional delivery fees for a delivery method other than standard delivery).
The articles must be sent in their original packaging, with all of the tags on and not worn, by parcel to the following address: UNIQLO, Schleefstraße 1a, 44287, Dortmund, Germany.
Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. Uniqlo has the right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged, not clean or do not respect above return policies on return. Underwear and swimming suits, worn items as well as items which have been taken out of their packaging, will not be refunded (taken back), for hygienic reasons.
You will be refunded when the items will be received or when you present to Uniqlo the proof of shipping of the returned items. The refund is received within 14 calendar days following the earlier of these two dates.
