To create a sweatshirt that suits the modern age, we removed the traditional gusset and created a boxy silhouette designed to be worn with wide trousers. We also added more room under the sleeves, which gives this sweatshirt a modern edge.

We want you to love wearing this sweatshirt for years to come, and so we collaborated with a world-class textile manufacturer. We focused on giving the sweatshirt a clean finish and the durability to withstand repeated machine-washing. We used compact yarn to suppress fluffiness, making the outer and inner yarns finer than usual. We also raised the knitting machine gauge to produce a smoother feel on the surface. After testing at a third-party institution*, the surface remained clean and free of fuzz.
*Tested at Kaken Test Center using a Type C (pulsator) washing machine following the JIS L1930 testing method, before being ironed.
