Each and every finished item is checked by our highly experienced quality control team before delivery to our stores.

We've made our cashmere knits hand-washable. The key lies in our special treatment techniques at the molecular level. By adjusting the processing temperature and time, we were able to prevent pilling and maintain the soft texture of the cashmere.
