The creation of UNIQLO’s wireless bras begins with making a mould for the cup. A process of modelling, mould making, sample production, fitting, hold testing, and 3D analysis is repeated in pursuit of the ideal shape. The inner parts are each carefully positioned by hand in the cup formed from the final mould, and finished by crimping. The back parts, with improved silicone mesh print specifications, are treated with repeated applications of silicone and baked to ensure high elasticity and durability. This is a bra that fits snugly and doesn’t slip easily.
