A selection of our trousers and jeans can be altered and finished with a variety of stitches.
Four finishes to choose from
Visible stitch
Trousers are hemmed to your desired length and finished with a single line of stitching that is visible on both the inside and outside of the fabric.
Note:
Depending on the alteration, traces of the previous stitching may remain and distressed effects on jeans may be lost.
Blind stitch
We finish formal trousers with this almost invisible stitch for a neat look.

Alterations require 1-4 additional working days. Once you choose your delivery option you will be able to see the expected delivery date. Alterations are not available with our Order & Pick service.
We can only alter the length of trousers.
Shortening trousers by more than four inches may affect their silhouette.
When your online order includes an alteration, 1-4 working days will be added to the standard expected delivery timeframe. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, as usual.
We are not able to lengthen trousers, including trousers that have already been altered.
Once you have received your altered order, your trousers can only be shortened further in one of our stores. Please bring your order confirmation so staff can help you.
Please bring your order confirmation with you and our store staff will be happy to help you. While all our UNIQLO stores offer alteration services, chain stitch and cut-off finishes are only available online.
