UPDATE #06 November 2025 Easily see what a product looks like in different colours

It’s difficult to see what a product looks like in different colours without leaving the category page.
You asked, we listened!
Use the coloured buttons to switch between product photos. The new design of the page means you can view all kinds of product information while you shop.

UPDATE #05 October 2025 It’s now easier to find products you’ve previously purchased.

It’s hard to search products I’ve bought in the past, so I have trouble finding products I want to look at again.

We’ve added a filter button in your purchase history. Now you can filter your previous purchases by gender, category, or year of purchase.
Log in, go to your purchase history and tap on “All products” to use the filter button.

It is difficult to find where the product categories are, and it is hard to get to the products you want.
You asked, we listened!
Tap the menu icon to browse product categories, reductions, new arrivals, collaborations and more!
If you're looking for a product, please tap on the menu button（mobile site）.

On the mobile site: tap the menu button at the top right.

If you're looking for a product, please tap on the menu button（UNIQLO app.）

On the app: tap the menu button at the bottom right.

It will display the product categories.

The product category menu will appear.

Scroll down to see information like sales, new arrivals, featured products, and special collections.

Scroll down to browse the latest reductions, new arrivals, featured products, collaborations, and other exciting news.

UPDATE #03 June 2024 You can now stop videos on our site

Videos require a lot of data. I want to limit videos when I'm using mobile data.

You can now stop videos playing on the site with the touch of a button. You can also change your app settings from the default, which plays videos when you're connected to WiFi.
