Special material is made by weaving two layers of fabric together, so there are no needle holes, helping to keep rain and cold air out. The outer fabric has a water-repellent finish that repels light rain, so it can be used on rainy days. *The fabric is coated with a water-repellent agent so the effect lasts longer. The finish is not permanent.
