Smooth and no show underwear. Very comfortable. High waist does not roll down on me. I love them!
Hi there, I’ve noticed that it’s really difficult to find XL sizes in-store—both at the Oakridge location and others I’ve visited. It seems like only smaller sizes are consistently available on the shelves, while larger sizes are often only found online. From a marketing and customer experience standpoint, it’s frustrating. Not everyone is a small, and it feels like some shoppers are being forced to order online just to access their size. Also, your return policy on socks and underwear—specifically the fact that unworn items can’t be refunded—is really disappointing. These are basic essentials, and having such a strict policy adds to the frustration. I hope UNIQLO considers offering a more inclusive range of sizes in-store and reevaluates its return policy to better support all customers.
