Air, the secret to warmth.
How do we achieve the lightness and warmth of insulated down? After 10 years of joint development with Toray Industries, we created PUFFTECH – a high-performance insulation, made of ultra-fine fibers, ⅕ the width of a strand of human hair. Each fiber is hollow and has a spring-like 3D shape, allowing for air to insulate and create warmth.
